Fourth grade is the first year students in the Independence School District
are given letter grades. To build a certain level of pride in our acedemic accomplishments the students in our classroom can
make the honor roll. Our honor roll is determined by the average of the student's overall percentages in each of
our main subject areas, rather than by the letter grade. As you will see we have the 90% honor team, the 80% honor
team, and the 70% honor team.
Congratulations fourth graders! You all worked very hard and learned a lot this year. I am very proud
of all of you! Good luck next year in fifth grade!
