From Us to You

Our class was delighted to take part in the online project, "From Me to You" put together by Jennifer Wagner at Technospud.com.  As a class we created Valentine cards to send to 21 classrooms and 3 children's hospitals around the United States and Canada.  Along with the card we put together a newsletter to share information about our school, city, and state.  We are very excited to hear back from the other schools to learn more about places around our nation. 

The picture below shows our "Where in the U.S. Are We?" map.  We are plotting our travels through the United States.  We decided it would also be a great place to plot where each card we recieve comes from.  We hope you will check back and view our progress with this project.

What a fun project!  We really enjoyed hearing from new friends around the country.  Below you can see where each of our cards came from. 
 
We also received two very nice thank you letters from the St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Nashville,Tennessee and one from SickKids Hospital in Ontario Canada.  We are so glad we could share happy thoughts with the children at the hospitals and make their day a little brighter.
